 Note: Please call 502.589.0155,212 to check availability of space before mailing payment.  Registration is guaranteed only when payment is received, so in the event that it arrives by mail after the workshop has filled, payment will be returned.  If the participant decides to cancel less than seven days before the workshop, the fee is non-refundable.  However, if the cancellation occurs more than seven days prior to the workshop, a voucher for another workshop will be given.
